Hard to hit a target you can’t see…

Ever tried to play dart with your eyes closed? I guess not, seems like a stupid idea, as you can’t see the target. To hit a goal you can’t see is hard, not to say impossible – no matter if it’s the bullseye on the dartboard, or if it’s your vision of what you’d like to accomplish in your professional life. If you don’t know Your Next Big Thing it is very unlikely it will come true. You will end up feeling uninspired and drained of energy. But when you know Your Next Big Thing, and continuously take small step towards it, you’ll have the power to change the world.
